Often described as the "Gentleman Footballer" Trevor Brooking was born in Barking in 1948. A one-club player with West Ham ne won F.A. Cup winners medals in 1975 and 1980. Made England debut in Portugal in 1974 and in 1981 was awarded the M.B.E.
Born in Park Royal, West London in April 1956, was a late starter in League football when transfered from non-league Southall to West Ham United. Won an F.A. Cup winners medal with West Ham in 1980

Limited edition of just 66 archivally procesed prints. Hand printed and toned from the original negative. Previously unpublished, silver gelatin photograph was discovered recently in the Popperfoto archives.
Taken by South American photographer, Pedro de Lima, who had been working from a seat in the crowd after being refused a photographer's pass by the Football Association.
