OUR HEROES 'FLIK - CARDS' (1979)
No.15 Trevor Brooking
Born in Barking, Essex, Age 30
Trevor Brooking is a class mudfield player, whose outstanding displays for West Ham helped them to win the F.A. Cup in 1975, and runners-up position in following years' European Cup Winners' Cup. Trevor has 12 'O' level and 3 'A' level passes. His debut was in August 1967. His first England Cap was as a substitute against Czechoslovakia in 1974. With 23 caps to the end of 1978, his continued good form seems vital to the creation of a more fluent and purposeful England style.
Coloured, numbered series of 48 cards. Caricature portraits with rounded courners. Produced in conjunction with "World of Sport". Not all cards relate to football.
